Refund Policy


Spots are held when you make you first payment weather that’s through a payment plan or you pay in full. Spots will not be held by just sending an email or inquiry through social media.


It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen. In the case of canceling a retreat or event with ( Andrea Stender being the owner), guest will have the option to use their retreat spot as credit for future events or retreats.


“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

“You” refers to the guest booking a Retreat.

“We” refers to Sacred Rebels Retreats.


To join the retreat we recommend you have travel insurance  Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

We love World Nomads Travel Insurance as this covers you for all activities during a Retreat.


If you cancel your trip, Sacred Rebels Retreats does not offer refunds for any reason. FOR emergency cases we offer 50 % refund 30 days before the trip. After 30 days guest may use credit for a future retreat within 2 years of purchase.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.

Soul Intune is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Soul Intune does not handle any form of transportation to and from the retreat. All guest are subject to finding their own ways of transportation to the retreat and back home. Unless arrangements have been spoken with Andrea otherwise.

Privacy Policy

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our guest. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Privacy Policy For Retreat Guest

All guest who attend a Shakti Amor Retreat are subject to abide by our privacy policy. This policy is intact to make sure that there is a non-disclosure environment during the entire retreat. This means that any personal information gathered from retreat guest can NOT be discussed outside of the retreat. This includes emotional experiences, sensitive topics, medical issues, or anything else that is personal to a specific individual.

We also have a boundaries policy in place to ensure that every guest at the retreat is 100% comfortable in any setting.  This privacy policy will be discussed on the first day of any retreat so that everyone is aware of each others physical and emotional boundary.

Allergies/Food Policy

Guest are required to inform Shakti Amor about any allergies or health concerns they may have before the start of the retreat. These concerns should be noted on the participation agreement form which is signed and turned in to Shakti Amor before the retreat.
